Ginger Tea Preparation:


  • Grate 1 inch ginger and put in a mug
  • Pour in boiled water
  • Let it steep for 10 minutes
  • Strain
  • Let it cool
  • Add 1 tbsp honey

Drink at least 2 cups of ginger tea every day to remove belly fat and help you lose weight fast.

According to an ancient practice in Ayurveda, consuming ginger root aids in weight loss. This was also confirmed by a 2014 study published in the Journal of the Science and Food Agriculture. It states that a group of overweight lab rats were given gingerol and they were able to lose weight after 30 days. They also discovered an improvement in the rats' leptin and blood sugar levels.
