1. Breastfeeding

If you are a mom, don't waste your breastmilk and then bottle feed your baby. Estrogen increases the risk of having a breast cancer. However, if you breastfeed your child for a longer times, it slows down the production of estrogen.

2. Stay physically active.

Exercise regularly to  boost your immune system. Running, jogging, walking at least half an hour every day reduces your risk of getting cancer by up to 30%

3. Get rid of alcohol and smoking

Alcohol increases estrogen level in the body. So, no need to explain further, right?

4. Always check your breast for symptoms

Feel your breasts for any lumps. If you detect something unusual, visit your doctor immediately to have it checked.

5. Stay fit. Avoid being overweight

Weighing above your normal weight means high chances of getting breast cancer when you menopause. So, always stay fit, exercise, eat healthy, and stay positive.
