Getting
pregnant and having a baby is one of the most fulfilling part of a woman's life. There are those ladies who conceive easily and there are those who, after doing everything, still weren't able to bear a child.
If you belong in the latter group, these tips can help you get pregnant FAST!
1. Avoid taking caffeinated products.
For men, chocolates, coffee, soda, and the likes greatly affects the count and motility of the sperm. Let your partner know this. For women, your caffeine intake should be limited to up to 2 ounces per day only.
2. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking and use of medications without prescription
There is great chance for women trying to have a baby to develop hereditary abnormalities or worse, miscarriage. Plus, according to
studies, drinking increases the number of abnormal sperms and decreases sperm count and lowers testosterone levels.Smoking, on the other hand, affects sperm function.
3. Relax
Don't stress too much on having a baby. Both you and your partner should relax and take it time. Go on a honeymoon trip. The relaxing environment will help calm down your mind, body and spirit.
4. Know when you ovulate
Ovulation is when the woman releases the egg from the ovary. It happens ONCE in every menstrual cycle. Use a calendar and count the days when you ovulate. Make love with your partner during this time for a greater possibility of conceiving. For those having irregular periods, best to consult your ob-gyn first.

Saliva, oils and commercialized lubricants slow down the sperm.
6. Avoid sperm buildup (for MEN!)
If you plan to have intercourse on your most fertile period, let your man ejaculate at least ONCE in the days prior to your schedule lovemaking. This reduces the buildup of dead sperm in his semen.
7. Take vitamins to increase sperm count
Zinc, Vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, and Vitamin D boosts the number of sperm
8. Start a healthy lifestyle
Prepare your body for pregnancy by eating healthy and right and exercising. Foods that helps increase your chances of conceiving are bean sprouts, milk and beans
9. Try different sex positions
Other people believe that finding the RIGHT sex position improves the chances of getting pregnant, creating a smooth travel of sperm to the egg with ease.
10. Seek professional help
A pre-conception checkup is recommended to learn whether your body is ready for the baby or if not, what you and your partner should do.
