  • Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder or boiled turmeric (juice) into a glass of warm milk

6. OREGANO TEA

Oregano is a powerful natural antibiotic that helps us cope from colds and flu
  • Boil a few oregano leaves on a small pot of water
  • Bring it to a boil
  • Separate the oregano leaves from the water
  • Pour on a glass
  • Mix 1 tbsp of honey and a few drops of calamansi/lemon so kids can 

7. CARROT JUICE

  • Slice the carrots into small pieces
